Each display combines a strong lightweight tubular aluminium frame with a custom printed 260gsm stretch fabric graphic, producing a clean, seamless branded wall for exhibitions, events, presentations, photography and indoor promotional spaces.

The graphic stretches tightly over the frame and is secured underneath with a zip fastening, helping create a smooth, tensioned finish.

Custom Printed 260gsm Stretch Fabric

The graphic is produced using 260gsm stretch fabric and printed by dye-sublimation.

The printed cover is designed to stretch snugly over the aluminium frame, creating tension across the face of the display.

Single-Sided or Double-Sided Printing

Stretch Fabric Walls can be supplied with either single-sided or double-sided graphics.

Single-Sided

The front is custom printed to your artwork and the reverse is supplied plain white as standard.

Double-Sided

Both sides can be printed.

You can choose:

• The same artwork on both sides
• Different artwork on each side

There is no additional artwork charge for using different designs on either side.

This makes double-sided displays particularly useful in open exhibition areas where visitors may approach from different directions.

Professionally Finished Graphics

Each fabric graphic is expertly finished by our sewing team.

The cover is manufactured to fit the frame closely and includes a zip fastening along the bottom edge.

Once zipped closed, the fabric remains under tension around the frame to create the finished display.

Approximately 10-Minute Assembly

Typical assembly time is approximately:

10 minutes

The frame itself can be assembled by one person.

However, for most display sizes we recommend two people when fitting the stretch fabric graphic, particularly on larger frames.

This makes positioning and tensioning the fabric considerably easier.

Carry Bag Included

The display hardware is supplied with a carry bag for easier transportation and storage.

With some smaller frame sizes, the graphic may also fit inside the carry bag.

Larger graphics may need to be transported separately due to their size.

Straight Frame Assembly

Straight Stretch Fabric Wall systems require the supplied Allen key to attach the feet to the frame.

The rest of the frame uses a simple snap-fit construction.

How to Assemble a Stretch Fabric Wall

1. Assemble the Frame

Connect the aluminium frame pieces using the numbered identification labels.

2. Fit the Graphic

Using the supplied gloves, carefully slide the stretch fabric graphic over the frame.

To help prevent the internal seams from creating an uneven appearance along the frame edge, initially position the graphic approximately 30–50mm off-centre.

Pull the fabric gradually towards the bottom of the frame.

Once it is fully positioned, gently rotate the fabric around the frame until the artwork is correctly aligned.

3. Close the Zip

Fasten the zip beneath the bottom edge of the frame.

This creates the final tension across the graphic.

4. Attach the Feet

For straight frames, attach the feet using the supplied Allen key.

Indoor Use Only

Stretch Fabric Display Walls are designed for:

indoor use only

They are not suitable for outdoor use.

The lightweight construction and stretch fabric graphic are intended for controlled indoor environments such as exhibition halls, retail areas and event venues.

Lighting Considerations

Stretch fabric is not completely opaque.

When the display is exposed to particularly strong lighting from above or behind, some visibility of the internal frame through the graphic may occur.

For the best appearance, avoid positioning the display directly in front of very strong backlighting where possible.

Adjusting the position of the display or surrounding lights can often reduce this effect.

Artwork Across Front & Rear Graphics

Fabric naturally moves slightly during printing, cutting, sewing and installation.

Although we make every effort to maintain accurate alignment, small variations can occur.

For this reason, we recommend not using continuous detailed artwork that must align perfectly from the front graphic around the edge onto the rear graphic.

Separate or less alignment-critical designs will generally produce the best result.

Washable Stretch Fabric Graphics

Stretch Fabric Wall graphics can be washed in a domestic washing machine at:

30°C without detergent

Always allow the graphic to dry completely before fitting it back onto the frame or placing it into storage.

Proper cleaning and storage can help keep the graphic looking its best across multiple events.
